Hi Everyone!
Well Im another newbie and have been overweight for 10 years which isnt good because Im only twenty. I have tried on and off over the past five years to really get the weight off and look and feel healthy but just keep yoyoing and not making a real difference. It is so great to now that Im not the only overweight person who has been through ups and downs and that there are those who have succeeded in all of their hard work and who can help and encourage others.
I cant wait to meet all of you and the real me that is hidden inside somewhere.
We're the same age and aiming for around the same goal weight and we are about the same current weight. I know we can both do this if we continue to encourage each other. I have struggled with my weight as well and I know how hard it can be to eat right and exercise and get it off. You can do it and so can I! Good luck on your journey and don't don't give up!
