Hi everyone! I gained a lot of weight in graduate school, and I've finally lost most of it (38 lbs!) but I really want to get to my high school/goal weight of 128. I'll probably be happy with 135 though. I've been through a round each of P90X and Insanity (and the diets that go with each), which are what helped me get the 38 lbs off relatively quickly, but now I feel like I'm at a plateau and need more motivation, so hopefully this forum can help
