Hello Everyone!
My name is Tiffany and I must say that for the first time ever, I'm actually starting my weight loss journey for myself. A little over a year ago, I lost 60 pounds by counting calories and was happy with my progress, thinking that I would never go back to where I was. At that point, I was losing the weight for everyone else but me. Not surprisingly, a year later, I am back to where I started. I sit here and think how I let myself get back to this place, knowing how hard it was for me to lose the 60 pounds in the first place.
This time though, I am looking at things from a different perspective, and am going to conquer my fears and issues, one meal at a time. I am proud of myself for just starting on Thursday and already losing 5 pounds to date. Hopefully, I will be able to motivate myself to do something more than just eat healthy this time around!
