My name is Missy and I just turned 18 a little over a month ago.
I've always wanted to lose weight, but being an adult(well, depending if you are talking to my father or not)and about to go off on my own, I know it is time to try and get healthier. I found this site and looked around and loved how comforting everyone was and decided to join.
I love to read, it is my ultimate de-stresser, and I'm going to school for Education-English. I am afraid about going to college because of the dreaded 'freshman fifteen.' I'm hoping that you guys will help me get down to my goal weight and stay there!
Even though you're from Sconi (I'm from MN) I thought I'd offer you a welcome.
3FC is a great place for support. You can definitely avoid the freshman 15 if you work hard and stick to it. I, unfortunately, didn't... But, I'm here now.
