Pardon me while I point out the obvious.. I'm new here. I came from a different weight-loss forum actually where, the moderators were quite rude.. Not warm or welcoming at all. So I did a google search, and woo--hooo I think I've found my new forum home.

I can't wait to read more and interact with all the fine people here at this forum.
