Re-Introducing myself
I was a member in 2007. I don't remember doing much posting, I think I stuck to lurking back then. This time around (and I'm expecting it to be the last time!) I'm using the South Beach diet. I've enjoyed it so far, it's been easy to follow and I haven't had any cravings or anything like that.
Anyway, I'm hoping to be a more active, successful member of the forum this time! And I'm hoping to get to the maintaining phase!
