Default Hi there!

Hi!

I started my healthy lifestyle about 2 months ago and since lost about 15 pounds. I am just now adding excersice and hoping that revs up my loss a bit. i have also added vitamins and omega 3 fish oil pills. My calorie intake goal is 1700 to 2000.

My mini goal is to lose 20 more pounds by the time my vacation to Finland starts June 28. I have about 2 months and believe i can get pretty close to that

Hi and welcome to the board!

Congratulations - you're doing great! 15 lbs. in 2 months is perfect! However, if you want to rev up the loss a bit, you're absolutely correct that exercise will do it for ya.

I use "mini goals" as well. It's so much more encouraging to think about a large amount of weight in little chunks. We have the same goal weight and you're 2 inches taller than I am. You're going to look FABULOUS!!! Good luck and once again, WELCOME!!

Thanks danielle! I would be very happy at 170 but my doc told me to make my goal 10 pounds under so it will be easier. He is a funny guy but thinking about it its true
