Helloooo, I'm Mel, I'm 18 years old and I live in Georgia. I'm 230 pounds hoping to get down to 150.

Just about three weeks ago I lost 10 pounds but gained it all back from a relapse I guess you can say. What I really think I need is support so I decided to search for a group of people who probably support me so I wounded up here.

you came to the right place for support! I totally understand the relapse. I recently had one myself. Now im struggling to find some self control again lol good luck girl!

At the moment I'm just using a calorie counter app on my iPhone, that was working good. Trying to start back doing my TaeBo (I used to do it everyday).

I've got the same problem myself! I'm determined to make this work so I'm going to start all over again and really work hard to make this work. Good luck to you!
