New here & excited about healthy changes!

  • Hi everyone!
    I'm making some great changes but need support... I really want to make it to 190ish... so here I am! I'm walking/running an hour a day. Dancing and/or yoga from Fit TV shows. Some machines at gym. Oatmeal/Fiber cereal for breakfast. Salads for lunch. Veggies for snacks. Lean protein & veggies for dinner. Oh, and therapy!!

    seems like you got your plan set! You should do wonderfully..keep us posted on your progress.
