Default Third times a Charm! (Right?)

Hi everybody!

I joined 3FC YEARS ago and I've not been doing so hot. So, I thought I'd find my way back. I tend to do better when I have a support system.

So here I am, at my all time high weight of 267lbs. I'm desperate and ready to try again.

I'm going to start simple, just calorie counting this time. (Although I'm still thinking about going back to WW, I haven't decided if it's in my budget just yet.)

I look forward to getting to know many of you!

I love calorie counting, but for me it is the weekly weigh-in that keeps me on track. Being accountable to someone else made me try harder to stay on plan. Just knowing that someone else is going to see the number makes me want to work harder.
Good luck!!!

Hi and welcome (back) to 3FC!

I am a calorie counter and I love it. It has been the only real "plan" I have ever succeeded with (to date, have lost 155 pounds ). It is simple and best of all, it's FREE I track my calories (and even my exercise) for FREE at sparkpeople.com

Good luck with your goals

Hugs
Michelle
