Tired of the battle.....I for the first time did lose 130lbs...and kept it off for 2 plus years....I have put 40lbs back on and am going NUTS to get it off!!!...help...I seem to have lost my balance, so to speak....I don't like the way I feel or look.......I am coming to terms with the fact that I will be a "weight watcher"(not in terms of the program), but real life, for the rest of my life!!!!!....and I will be 44 in july.
You have come to the right place for support. This place is awesome. At least you have realized you need to act before you allowed yourself to gain back all the weight you lost. Good luck.
You CAN do this!! and you know you can! I, too, know I will be a life long weight watcher as well. I've been heavy all my life and telling myself I need to get serious, because I know it will only get harder the older I get. I will be 29 next week and I want it off by my 30th birthday. I want control! You've taken control before, do it again!!
