Default On my way to a thin chick
Hello Everyone

My name is Mary Ann I am a young 44 and I too struggle with my weight. I know what to do and I own every weight loss book under the sun along with that I own several pieces of fitness equipment, a gym membership, DVDS, VHS you name I have it!!!! This time I plan on succeeding I have been using positive affirmations and envision the new improved healthy thinner me.

I will share my knowledge and I look forward to tips, product reviews and recipes for great tasting healthy menus.

Good luck and we are in this together..... Dont give up!!!!

Welcome, good luck with your goals.

I'm going to read between the lines a bit from your OP. The fact that you "own every book and tape" suggets to me that perhaps you have tried this multiple times before and had some back-sliding. If so welcome to the team lol!

If that's the case I would encourage you to proactively think about what worked and failed previously and build your plan with that history in mind. Use that wealth of information to your advantage. Plan the life behaviors that will lead to success!

I'm new here & at age 40 have about 40 lbs to lose. I started this morning and am hoping that I will finally stick with it. I did WW years ago when my kids were little and I was successful, so I know it's possible.

Hope you find this time to be the charm!! Looking forward to following people's progress here & hoping I can reach my goal this time too!
