This I can do
PROMISE TO MYSELF:
By the end of 2010, I CAN be 145 pounds….that is enough motivation for me…..16.25 pounds a month, THAT I can do…..I have done it in the past, and I WILL do it again.
These are my initial thoughts this morning, and this is what I want to keep top of mind…as I begin my weight loss challenge - THE FINAL FRONTIER….I need to stay motivated, and I will motivate myself by STAYING POSITIVE *ALWAYS* and when I can’t do so myself, I will seek out the help of others to do so.
The past is just that, in the past…whatever has happened has happened, and only good things are coming my way, school, marriage, and a great career…this is the 1 little thing that needs a fix, and if there is anyone in this world who can do this, it’s me….time and again, I have proven to be able to do things most others can’t and this will be one of those things.
I WILL exercise EVERY DAY.
I WILL eat only the things that make me feel light, energetic, and satisfied.
I WILL take the time out for relaxation exercises to calm my mind.
I WILL automate my routine, to facilitate an environment of SUCCESS.
I WILL seek the help of others to keep me on track.
This I CAN do.
