Hello (ugh)again....
Hi all.
I turned 40 almost a year ago and immediately gained five pounds, the holidays came around and I gained five more....
It seems like 10 pounds shouldn't really be that much of an issue. But I guess it is because I've been stressed about it for months. Plus, I've never really been at my goal weight (within 10 pounds--but not there) and my goal weight is still pretty heavy to a lot of people.
So I'm ready to get motivated again and leave this pity party. I'm hoping to rely on this web site a lot for support and celebration.
