Hi everyone. Today is my first day at this thread. Just had a baby 6 weeks ago and got back from my post delivery checkup yesterday and started my diet today.
I have started off slow with 30 mins treadmill today and trying to stick to a low carb diet. I am still working on a menu for myself and will go through some of the forums for help. If anyone knows of a good thread that had menus on it plz post the link here. Thanks in advance.
I'm sure you'll find lots of good advice and support here. The food threads are a little farther down on the main page and I think there are some good ideas for food in there
Did you talk to your doctor about dieting, too? That might be helpful, especially in determining how many calories you need.
