Hi, thanks for the reply. Yeh, I have been exercising almost EVERY day! I feel amazing as a result, I feel somewhat slimmer and know that I look better, having received some comments. However I just took some photos of myself today and compared them to some photos of exactly 1 month ago, and they look almost exactly the same!!!!!
I wont give up though, there's more to living a healthy lifestyle than just losing weight, and I'm sure given more time I'll start seeing changes. I'm probably just losing fat from unnoticable areas including from around my internal organs. Persistence is key methinks!
