Right back where I started from...
Well, not exactly. I started at 185 at the beginning of 2009, and with the help of the 3FC crew and your advice on calorie counting, I lost 25 pounds and got down to 160.
And here I lie. Still at 160, a year later. I've gone up about 10 pounds at one point, and down to 158 one darn good week, but no further.
I'm going to be SERIOUS about the calorie counting again, and I'm working on a zigzag plan. That sounds terrifying to me, since I haven't eaten over 1400 calories in a day for quite a while, but somethings gotta give now. I'm working out 3 times a week at the gym, and using 5 pound dumbells for my arms every night before bed.
The big pusher this time? I'm getting married in September!! And I already have a dress. Which zips up and everything... but I want to be thin and svelte and proud of myself on my wedding day - not wondering how I got this big. If I'm going to pay someone a chunk of change to take my picture, then I'm darn sure I'm going to like the pictures.
That's all! I already know this is the best place in the world for weight loss support, so I'm glad to be back for that reason. Wish me luck on breaking out of the 160's and into a healthy BMI!
