Hi. I am new. In the past 9 months I have put on around a stone, thanks to eating junk and binging. Cereal is my trigger and my vice, I could eat a whole box in one sitting. Today I have realised enough is enough. Its 9.50 in the morning and I have already consumed like 1500 calories, almost my full daily recommended intake! Im sick and tired of putting off giving this habit up until tomorrow, and then waking up in the morning and doing it all over again. So starting now, no more binging.
