Don't be disgusted with yourself..be motivated to change instead. You on the path to sorting out your weight and deciding to do that is a difficult thing. Doing that every day is even harder - but this site shows all the people who have done it. It shows that it can be done. We just have to stick at it and keep sticking at it..and when we don't stick at it..we don't beat ourselves up, we just get back to sticking at it.
