Hello,

My name is Brittany. I am 22 years old and I live in Tennessee. I have gained 40 pounds in the last four months! I admit my diet wasn't great, but it hadn't changed either. I am 5'5" and my starting weight is 189 pounds. I DO NOT want to see 190 on that scale!

Currently waiting on test results as my doctor seems to think I have PCOS. Will find out tomorrow. Ready to get this weight off!! 130 is the goal!

My husband deploys for a year in June and my goal is to be at 130 by the time he gets home. That gives me 15 months

Hi Brittany You've found the right place. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful and there is just so much good info! You should check out the forum of weight loss with obsticles, PCOS is mentioned there.
