Hello my name is Diana and Im 19I just started a workout and eating better regime about a week ago and I have already lost 9 lb. Yay!
I use to be 198lb and now Im 189lb

Believe me I still eat the same but I just cut everything in half and it works really well!
Before I eat about 5 tortillas in each meal and they are cut now to 2 (Im hispanic) and only 2 tacos for anything believe me its so hard!

I also stopped drinking soda and drinking alot of water which I hardly ever did before.
My goal is to lose 50lb by June and if I reach that maybe go down another 10lb
I decided joining this forum cuz I dont really have a chick friend that can relate to my situation.
I have guy friends and they give alot of pointers but I think it isnt the same with them and they can be a little pushy too.
So here I am ready to begin my journey!
