Default Tired of seeing pictures of myself!!

Hi all,
I am new to this site......it looks really great and motivating. I can't wait to get started. I have been a yoyo dieter my whole life (currently 29) but as I have gotten older, my metabolism just doesn't seem to work. I have packed on about 80+ pounds since the birth of my 2nd child...and enough is enough! I am tired of seeing pictures of myself. So I started a build your own diet about 3 weeks ago, I'm down 15 pounds and trying to stay motivated. It is just very slow going and my family loves to go out to eat and has lots of junk food in the house...so lots of temptation. Guess I'm just looking for pointers from those of you that have had success. Thanks so much!!

Hey, welcome to the site. You've come to the right place for support and motivation - just keep posting in the forums and try reading the success stories to keep you on track. 15lbs in 3 weeks doesn't sounds like such slow going to me! Keep up the good work! x

15 lbs in three weeks is REALLY good- remember most doctors agree that 1-2 lbs a week is good loss so you are way above the curve
