Hello all! I've decided that 2013 will be my year. I will be 30 (yikes) this fall and I'd really like my 30's to be healthier/more fit than my 20's, but I'll need lots of support!! I can't wait to get to know everybody!
I decided on Christmas this last year that enough was enough. I turned 30 this year too (My birthday was this month) and want to get this weight off before I get any older (I've heard so much about how your metabolism naturally slows after 40's/menopause, etc so it won't get any easier). Let's make our 30's be wonderful and healthy!!
