I'm enjoying the food as I try different things i.e. mixing veggies in my soup, spaghetti, omelettes and chilli. Putting vanilla shakes as creamer in my coffee. After day 3 I felt like a new person and after day 4 the hunger pangs were all but gone. I will say that this diet is probably not for everyone but if you try, be sure to give yourself time to adjust to the foods/tastes/routine of eating the IP packs and once you get past the first few days and start to be creative with your menus, you'll be pleased with the results. I'm going to look through the posts on this site to share my excitement and to help support others who are, like me, starting out. xox TRISH




to a fellow Canadian ... glad you like your new plan and sounds like you are doing well already. We have a Canadian thread in the Supports Group Forum you can drop in now & then if you like; not sure if there is a thread for the IDEAL PROTEIN PLAN ... you could do a search to see. The best advice I can give is to come here often -- as it keeps you AWARE, ACCOUNTABLE, and ACTIVE ... in your new journey towards great health!
