Um, I'm Jen and finally coming to grips with the fact that my metabolism is not just on vacation, it's gone for good.
I used to be a skinny in high school, but now 10 years and one child later, not so much.

As for me, I'm 28y/o, 5'10" and 190. I would like to be back in the 155-165 range again. I'm currently doing my WiiFit Plus daily for 30 mins to an hour, and so far, in 10 days I've gained a pound
This week starts the scrutinizing and adjusting my diet, since the exercise part is fun. I just...umm....eat more when I exercise! I'm hungry! LOL!Thanks!
