I started my diet and exercise plan just about a week ago - and have actually been doing pretty well.
Back in the beginning of high school I was an overweight kid but managed to lose a lot of weight and kept it off through the first few years of college. But as college wore on, I slowly started to gain some of the weight back. Now, I am in the middle of law school and my weight is much higher than I want it to be. I have been able to lose weight while working during the summer and at the beginning of semesters but, when finals approach, stress eating kicks in.

I am tired of being overweight and am going to get back to where I was!
I'm not just dedicated this time, I am definitely doing it.
