Hello all!
I've only just found this forum and am looking forward to learning lots from everyone here.
I've put on a great deal of weight since having my children and I am now ready to get back to my previously healthy self.
I've been doing Body for Life since October, I start my final week of the 12 week challenge, next week. I have really enjoyed it, the working out and the meals and I've lost 23lbs and gone down 2 dress sizes in that time.

I've still got a long way to go, I'll probably have to do at least 3 cycles of BFL to get down to a healthy weight but I look forward to the journey.
