Hi all! I'm new!
I think it's time I finally put these few pounds to rest, and why not start on (or around) January 1st like millions of other people! I was down to 136 with Weight Watchers a few years ago, and I felt fab, so I would like to try to reclaim some of my former glory (and then some). The internet is my favorite thing ever (let's say aside from my boyfriend and dog), so I thought it would motivate me to join an online forum where everyone is on the same page about weight loss. I already read one post where someone said posting kept them from snacking, and I think that should be my new mantra!
