Hello and thanks for inspiration
Hello all:
I have spent lots of years cursing and hating myself for my weight. However, today is a new day and I have through the inspiration of this forum and reaching out for help to others that I am not alone and the heavy burden has gotten a little lighter. With the self-acceptance is also spending time on the exercise bike each day while listening to the radio, and being conscious of what I eat. So, a loss of 5 pounds for the past 2 weeks. I am happy and proud of that. It is a start. One day at a time.
How do I make a ticker and profile like I see on the side of the post? Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I look forward to logging on this forum each day.
