  • So I've been reading the posts on the forums for some time now and have used much of it as motivation to push me along. For most of my life i struggled and I hit my peak back in June when i got up to 351. At that point I decided I really needed to do something not only for my own health but also to be able to do all the things I feel a father should do with his new son. Anyhow since that time I have dedicated myself and have gotten down to 272 pounds as of today. While I am happy with my progress I know my journey is far from over and I hope to gain further motivation from the message boards. Thanks...

    Thanks, well after trying every diet out there i realized i just needed to change my life and starting going to the gym and just watching what i eat. I try to stick to 1800 calories a day and go to the gym 5 days a week. Big change from coming home and watching sports with a bag of chips :-)
