I just wanted to say Hello to all. I'm new to the forum but not to the diet game. I'm 5'3 and weigh 167.5 lbs when I'm completely naked, not even a hairband in. My weight has fluctuated for years and would really like to settle at a healthy BMI. For me that would be 135 lbs at the top of my range. I've tried many diets and exercise plans. I have lost large amounts of weight, but have always gained it back. I have found that what has always been missing is a support group that understands what I'm going through. My husband is an avid body builder and has will power of steel. He tries, but is no help at all. I hope to meet people with similar goals and mind sets. It's time for a new start and a new way of thinking. Good luck to all who share the eternal uphill battle of weight loss with me. May we all be victorious!
