My name is Leslie and I just turned 29. I am jumping back on the fitness/weight loss battle after a successful 30 lb weight loss and 20 lb gain.
I'm working with a personal trainer (Mr. R) and following a food plan that consists of proteins, carbs, dairy and veggies. I'm 4 days into it and am feeling great! I hope to rely on all of you for motivation, suggestions and support.
