Hi everyone!
I joined the other day and have been reading through everything. I finally realized I needed to introduce myself!
I'm 23 years old, 5'7" and weigh about 224lbs. I've been pretty heavy for a lot of my life (not as big as I THOUGHT I was, though! Damn that warped teenage self esteem!). I got down to the 170's/size 12 in high school and it was great, though of courses I wanted to be thinner.
Then came college and the weight just packed on! I got up to 255, which is kind of crazy for me to wrap my mind around. I would like to get down to the 150-160 range, I think (I'd like to be an athletic size 8-10 but still keep some curves).
I'm counting calories and exercising and seeing pretty good results so far.
So yeah, here I am and I'm glad to be here!
