Hi everyone! I'm new to this thread but by the looks of it, I'm sure that I will find loads of support to succeed in my weight loss journey! This isn't the only time I've tried losing weight in my lifetime and hopefully this will be my last because I feel like I'll finally succeed! So far I've lost about 20 lbs since November of last year but it didn't involve exercising or dieting, just cutting back on the little things, so now I'm trying to include exercise as well as diet into my lifestyle so I can finally reach my dream weight. I'm so inspired by everyones motivation and success stories, you guys rock
