My name is Mary and I'm yet again.....working on the battle of the bulge.
I had joined U Weight Loss back in April but didn't do to well on the diet. I think I developed a mental block on how much it was costing me.
A trip to the health food store answered some questions or confirmed some suspicions as to what I had to buy every week so I bought much cheaper supplements there. Still doing the diet though not consistently. I am my own worse enemy for sure.
A few negative visits to the clinic stopped me going altogether. I haven't gained any weight since leaving which is great, especially as my last month there I started to put weight on like crazy. Now I just have ignore the monthly payments coming out of my bank account until next April.
Oh well. On to better things.
This week I start a 10 week walking program through the Running Room with my girl friends which I am quite excited about. Gearing up for a 10km walk.
I'm already walking 3-4 km 3-4 days a week with my beloved dog so am hoping the 10km with the proper training won't be such a leap.....though the last session is the week before Christmas, and I would expect it to be VERY cold. lol
