Hello everyone I am new to this board but not to diets. I can't wait to meet great people and make some good friends.
So heres a little about me I am 32 and have 3 kids. I have been a widow for 5 1/2 years and I have a live in boyfriend. My middle child has a rare illness called Ehlers-Danlos vascular type. (What my husband died from) So very stressed out person! I have to have great laughs that is my cure to stress.
Before I had kids I was 105 lbs (that was good times
) but after that it was all down hill. I did however lose 35 lbs after my husband died. I always say death is a great diet! lol But don't want to go down that road again! Ever since then I have tried to to lose weight by just eating salads all day, taking pills (I am a sucker for them), working out. But nothing has worked for me. Everything I have tried I never lost a thing. For the past few years I have had high blood pressure so I am taking a bata blocker and another blood pressure.
To be quite frank I need to buckle down on this diet thing for my health and I have notice this last year I have gotten a "butt in the front"! Now something has to be done.
I see everyone tickers on here and a lot of you are showing that what ever your doing is really working. Please pass your secret on too me .
I am now 170 and want to see 130's
