Hi all! I'm new to this forum...
Theres tons of information here, so don't be surprised if you see me lurking on here 24/7 :P
I guess I can start out by saying that I'm 19 years old. School has taken a toll on my body (I eat when I'm stressed out) and i ended up at 135lbs (some days it was even 138) It may not seem like a lot, but I'm only 5'1'' so the weight really shows. In about 2 weeks, I've already lost 5lbs. I'm now stuck around the 130lbs mark, and have decided I need to 1) join a support group/forum and 2) introduce exercise into this new healthy lifestyle. I would really like to see 110 on the scale for once. I don't remember ever being less than 120.
Any tips/advice/friends are welcome
I'm off to explore. Wish me luck...
