last chance to loose it all

hi, i'm efe. i live in Ghana a country in Africa. i have been struggling to lose weight for all my life but it seems the more i try to loose the more weight i gain. this is my last and final chance. so i need all the help i can get. i want to loose the weight and keep it off.
