Another new person! :]
Not only am I new here, I'm a little new to the whole 'forum' thing as well. Everyone here seems to be very supportive, though, so I'm excited to try it out.
I'm 23. I've struggled with my weight for years. I started to try and take control back about a week ago. I've been 'walking' [walkathome program] a mile each day and trying very hard to watch what I eat. I've slipped up quite a few times, though, so I'm hoping that coming to this forum will give me that boost of confidence that I need to say no!
30lbs sounds measly, right? But it's tough!
