Hello
My name is Angie and I am here for help and support along this getting healthy journey. I rather call it that than weight loss, for me it is easy to grasp and stick with it if I call it that.
I have had weight issues most of my adult life and it is now time to put that to a stop. I started on this new journey Aug 14th weighing in at 243lbs as of today I am 220lbs and so proud of myself. I am working out 5 days a week doing Turbo Jam and absolutely love it, I am eating alot healthier some days I don't think I am eating enough. It is calorie intake that still has me unsure of where I should be at and I hope I can learn on this site all about that. My first big goal was to reach 220lb and I have done that in a short amount of time, now my next goal is to be under 200lbs by Dec 17th as it is my birthday that day and the day we leave on a family Christmas cruise.
I hope to meet some great people thru this this and perhaps along the way I can help and motivate some.
