hey 3FC,
im new here. i been browsing around for the last 3days just checking you guys out. i see a lot of people on here that have success & it motivates me! one of my friends the other day brought to my attention: ohh you're always on a diet. which is true! and i guess you would say im a yo-yo dieter. but im so sick of it. i think im the biggest i've ever been and this can't continue. im 19yrs old and im so insecure about my body epecially my huge arms. plus i know that the older you get, the harder it is to stay fit. i really hope to gain more willpower, support and knowledge from this site. i would also looove for someone to take me under their wing and be my mentor lol. i need helppp. if there was someone i could look up to, i know that i will lose weight for good this time! im just frustrated and need some guidance from people who've been in my shoes before and dropped those lbs. i know it doesn't happen overnight, but for me it never happens. and i don't know why that is. so anyone, please help me (;
Hello and welcome You've come to the right place There's 0plenty of people here who have motivated me and helped me to stay on track I'm sure I would of given up long ago without the support and motivation of this place. Do have a good look at the before and after photos. Reading a lot of the posts here also helped me see where I'd gone wrong in the past.

Welcome..you have come to the right place for support and guidence! Im farely new here myself, what i did was find a group that interest me(im a calorie counter,so naturally i would flock to that group,lol) and joined in. This is a great site to keep you motivated.
