I am Kate. I am 43, married (will be 20 years on Oct 21, 2009) 2 kids, and son who is 19 and a daughter who is 16. I live in RURAL Minnesota. I am a admin assitant for a JD dealership. I have a cat and 4 dogs, two inside and two outside. I like scrapbooking, cardmaking, spending time with the family, and watching my daughter dance.
I was fairly regular here for about 8 months. Then....life threw me a curveball.
Unfortunately, one of my ways of "coping" with stress is eating. So here I am 13 months later, and have gained back nearly all that I lost. <sigh>
But the good news is I am gonna give it another shot!! I did the Flat Belly Diet 4 day jumpstart, then I kind of do my own thing. It is a combination of Flat Belly, Super Foods, Glycemic Index. Sooooo...I could call it the Super Flat Glycemic diet.
Basically it is bits and pieces of what has worked for me, now I just need to work it.
I started last Sunday, the 20th and have dropped 4 pounds.
Hopefully I can win this battle once and for all!!!
