Hello and welcome Bev! I'm not familiar with the eating plan you are on...If you have time, could you explain about it, from your own perspective...I am sure it is on line but it's nice hearing from a person actually living by it....After 33 years I discovered WW and it seems to work for me....just curious about what else is out there...keep up the good work...slow is good..

So how is it going??

How are you all doing on the Food Lovers fat Loss Diet??

bernbabybern (love that name!!!---) Food lovers works great for me and since I am a veteran of MANY diets and plans, forking over $150.00 wasn't a hard decision altho I admit, the selling point initially was the 6 week return policy that states you get ALL your money back. (less s&h). I thought I'd probably end up returning it, saved the boxes etc but after 3 weeks knew it was a good fit. When i stopped to consider all the money I have spent on diet books/plans, weight watchers, health clubs, etc, then it didnt seem so bad. HOWEVER, there are SO MANY amazing people here on this site that have had great successes on plans that cost nothing other than their sheer determination. They are amazing! Whatever you decide, I hope you have reach your goals healthfully and quickly!!

I just saw the infomercial last night -- I'm visiting my sister in Ohio and she taped the program and saved it for me. I'm a veteran of many eating plans and I have lots of reasons to lose weight and none of them are motivating me. I'm probably going to order the program so it's waiting for me when I get home but wanted to come here first and glean what information I could.

I'm new too. Lets DO this! :carrot:

I ordered the program this morning. I went ahead and paid for it all at once (ugh!) in order to get the expedited shipping. I arrive home next Sunday and want to go to a TOPS meeting Monday (I don't own a scale, so I'm going to use their meetings to weigh in) and go grocery shopping. I know the cupboards will be pretty bare after my being gone for 10 days. I hope I hope I hope the program will be waiting for me! I spent some time today on their chat board, mentioned earlier in this thread, and they were having backorder problems for a while. I am praying those problems have been resolved.

Can anyone tell us what the "Dirty Dozen" are? I'm trying to figure out what kind of bread I can buy for the 21 Day MM.

Wowzers!

Just wanted to report that I've completed the first week of the 21 Day MM and lost 7 POUNDS! :carrot::carrot: I was elated and astounded -- I normally lose at a rate of one to two pounds a MONTH. This has seemed sooo easy -- I'm eating foods I enjoy and while I'm hungry when mealtime or snacktime rolls around, I'm not starving. I can do this!
