Hello all!
My name is Sarah. I am a short little girl with a big problem. I cant seem to get this birth control weight off! In fact i just keep adding to it! its so aggravating that I have tried many of two week diets and failed miserably....wonder why?? I'm hoping that this form will help motivate me to do better, I really need it. In the past I have lost over fifty pound and got myself to a 125lbs! but a few months later i started taking the Shot, if you have taken it you know what I mean. I gained all my weight back and now at around 170 and 180 lbs... sorry for the inaccuracy I have conveniently left my scale at home. But thats not the end to my weight misfortune i got out of an emotionally damaging relationship a few months ago and complemently broke down. Luckly im with a new guy who was my best friend through all of my stress and sickness. I am looking forward to being the best I am capable of being for him, becouse even though he has seen me at my absolute worse I want him to see me at my BEST!

Your post really spoke to me, Sarah.

I have a 29 year old daughter named Sarah, who is shorter than you and me (she's 5 ft nothing) and is also trying very hard to get her weight off.

Her weight problems are caused by eating the wrong foods and not exercising, but they are exacerbated by PCOS. She's not in a relationship but has to take BC pills to control her periods, and that is yet another obstacle.

But it can be done, and it sounds as if you have made up your mind to do it.
