I just joined today now that my "new me" plan is in full force. I'm doing diet-to-go local delivery for my eating plan (approx. 1600 calories a day plus one dinner out-on-the-town each week) and I joined a gym a few weeks ago.
I want to lose about 60 pounds total but, this time around, I just really want to feel better. I'm way too young to feel as old as I do! I want to feel like I imagine that dancing carrot feels!
