Hi everyone. I've read this forum a long time ago, never posted. I can't even remember my username thats how long it was.
Tonight I was googling Metabolic Research Diet and this site popped up so here I am. I am thinking of joining. I'm not sure yet. Its quite expensive. But I know someone who is on it and she looks fabulous and i'm jealous. I just know me and i'm bad at sticking with diets. I need to change my attitude.
I've been on weight watchers, south beach diet and the biggest loser diet. Basically I was looking for some miracle without actually doing the work. I realize that. Its time to change.
I am a calorie counter. It is fairly simple and flexible. You can find lots of info on calorie counting and other eating plans here at the Diet Central - http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/#diet-central
I'm a newbie, too. Both to dieting and these forums. Onederchic pointed you in the right direction. I'm on a diet no one has heard of, but it's through a weight management center that my doctor referred me to. I think it's just a re-branded version of some other more well known diet(s). This is just my opinion, though. I wish you success on your goals. Glad you joined.
