Default just joined today :)
hey everyone!! i have been to this site many times for recipes and thought that today i would try registering and looking around on the forum. i have never posted in a forum before. i am at my all time high weight - 300 pounds. i am an emotional eater and eat out of boredom. i am divorced and have a 7 year old son. he isn't boring but i don't get out and 'run' with him like i wish i could. i hope to find many tips out here to get me motivated to do something more. i just joined a gym and have actually lost 4 pounds. i hope to lose a lot of weight to get off the medicines and to be around for my son
