my name is Kathy and ive only recently joined this site. I find the success stories so encouraging!, and i like to read posts by others who are going through the same struggles i am. Im a 31 year old navy wife, 5ft 1 and from 200 pounds ive gone done to 189, my goal weight is 120 pounds, i know ive got a long way to go but im taking it one day at a time. Another reason is that i dont want to look so frumpy next to my hubby(also 31 years), who is 5ft 9 and only 140 pounds!, with a 32 inch waist.
So im wishing everyone well, and succes in our journey to be fit, healthy, and feel sexier!! hehe
