Default HEY! Anyone want to join a Cleveland girl lose some weight?

Hey everyone! My name is angie I joined a few months ago but I got sick and was in and out of the hospital so now I'm back on my feet and I'm ready to lose weight and get healthy. I weigh 310 pounds, I'm going week by week, so my goal this week is to eat healthy and exercise. I could use all the support I can get so please feel free to message me, wish me luck or join me.

Hi there, I am 282 lbs and I am basically taking it week by week so I don't get overwhelmed. I am doing pretty good so far. I started my diet last week but just recently started posting. Welcome, I am looking forward to losing weight with you

Hi and welcome I like you am just trying to do one thing at a time. My theory is that I have to lose the weight in a way that I can actually live my life, or I will never keep it off.
