Hello all! I'm new to the dieting/physical fitness overall business. I am 23 years old and have been what my grandmother called "husky" forever. I've never had a problem with this and have always been happy with myself and I believe I have good self-esteem. I have a wonderful husband who loves me for who I am and has never once said anything about my weight. However, I recently weighed myself and realized that I've gained about 15 pounds over the last year (and yes I've noticed in the mirror too!). My goal is not to become toothpick thin, because I believe that women with curves are REAL women, but to become more healthy overall, and lose 20 pounds (for starters

). I both work full-time and go to school, so I know this will be difficult, but I want to be more healthy, both for myself and the children we're looking towards having (heck maybe I'll even develop a pre-baby body I'll want to go back to!). Any advice, tips, support, success stories to give me inspiration to do this for myself would be fantastic!
Thanks a bunch!
